Job description:
- Active participation in national and international standards committees
- Lead and manage multiple certification projects with external agencies (e.g. VDE, UL, CSA, etc.) to maintain and enhance our portfolio of product approvals
- Interpret and define applicable requirements for product management and product development teams
- Assist customers / end users to understand and apply the local installation rules correctly to best support Wieland’s products

Requirements:
- Completed training (e.g. electrical engineer (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d)) with relevant further training, or a degree in a technical subject
- Experience with interpreting international standards and working with certification agencies is an asset
- Very good product knowledge is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and fluent in both English and German
- Results-oriented, highly organized and a team player
- Willingness to undertake both domestic and international business travel
